JOB SUMMARY

The Yard Hand is responsible for ensuring the facilities and grounds is clean and in good condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cleaning all areas of the facility to include but not limited to removing trash, cleaning restrooms, cleaning the shops.
• Unload deliveries using the forklift so we are organized and Ready to Rent.
• Emptying large trash containers into the dumpster.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

• Forklift operator experience
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized
• Attention to detail
• Works well as a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to continuously stand & walk
• Frequently push & pull
• Occasionally bend & stoop
• Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs
• Working outside in variable weather conditions to include heat, humidity, cold & wind.
