Starting at $22.50/hour | Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead and support the warehouse team in daily operations
• Provide on-the-job training and hands-on guidance
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to unload, move, and stock materials
• Receive and inspect shipments; verify accuracy and report discrepancies
• Coordinate inventory placement with the Warehouse Manager
• Ensure accurate order pulling, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging
• Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling and packaging
• Perform and oversee inventory counts and cycle checks
• Maintain clear communication with warehouse, shipping/receiving, and production teams
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-focused
• Available 24/7 / 365 days for on-call rig downs
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Forklift Certified (Sit-Down Forklift)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Previous warehouse leadership experience
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
• Familiarity with inventory systems, order fulfillment, and safety procedures
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Manufacturing and office environment with some outdoor exposure
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and material handling
• Occasional lifting of supplies and materials
• Long hours using office equipment and computers
• Minimal travel required
