About the position:
This position will work with the Business Process Outsourcing team of PakEnergy, one of the most advanced outsourcing solutions for the oil and gas industry. This position will coordinate with the Division Order, Lease Records, and Owner Relations teams to provide on-time deliverables, quality products, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience with leases, title opinions and state statues are required.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following:
• CPLTA
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze various documents including leases, contracts, and title documentation to summarize company ownership and obligations.
• Set up leases and other agreements in PakLand according to client processes and guidelines, using system QCs and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Associate leases / agreements to their appropriate well and unit relationships.
• Manage eCal payments, general and expiration obligations, ensuring timely and accurate payments and system updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:
• Must have strong analytical skills and proven high level of attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to use sound judgement to determine priority of projects and to keep several projects moving forward simultaneously.
• Team Oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills
• You are motivated and a self-starter
• You have great written and oral communication skills – phone and email
