Position Overview

Metric are partnered with a growing engineering and project management firm who are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support complex industrial and facility projects. This role offers hands-on design responsibility, cross-discipline collaboration, and the opportunity to work with minimal oversight on technically challenging work.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and oversee electrical systems for industrial and facility projects
• Produce IFC drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable codes and standards
• Support energy-efficient system design and equipment selection
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, and project teams
• Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and execution

Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of industrial electrical design experience
• 4+ years of field or construction support experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Revit 3D
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred Qualifications
• PE (Electrical) preferred
