Technical Expertise: Learn, understand, and effectively communicate the technical aspects of ESPs. Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their production goals and economics, offering customized solutions that meet operational needs. Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed. Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Use this knowledge to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
