This labor-intensive role supports rig operations through equipment handling, cleaning, and maintenance under harsh weather conditions. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, physically strong, and able to work closely with others on a 14/14 or 21/21 schedule.

What you’ll need:
• 0–2 years of roustabout experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in sub-zero weather, and wear respiratory gear
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and physical
• Real ID compliant driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transport to crew change point
• Completion of Roustabout Training at Nabors Training Center
