Analyze Oil & Gas Tax Data:
Compile and analyze monthly and annual production tax returns, including payments, production, lease expenditures, and tax credits; recommend improvements to reporting methods. Develop Revenue Models:
Create and maintain quantitative models for oil and gas revenue forecasting and economic analysis using tools like Excel and @RISK; projects include tax, royalty, price, and production forecasts. Conduct Economic Research:
Design and interpret complex research projects applying economic theory to forecast activity; prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials on petroleum revenue issues. Legislative Analysis:
Prepare fiscal notes, revenue estimates, and testify as a subject matter expert on proposed legislation affecting oil and gas revenue. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with auditors, IT professionals, and other specialists to ensure accurate data analysis and modeling methodologies.Our Mission, Values, and Culture:
