In our Outsourcing Practice, you will play an integral role in growing our accounting services for a variety of clients nationwide. Key Responsibilities
• Perform back-office accounting functions including recording and reporting transactions, as well as month/quarter/year-end close and financial/management reporting.
• Collaborate with multiple clients and industries to ensure superior client service that meets Embark’s high standards.
• Execute tasks with keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications
• Education: A bachelor's degree, or higher, in accounting or business.
• Experience Required: 6+ years in corporate accounting environments within the oil & gas industry, with a focus on E&P/upstream companies.
• Qualifications: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and oil & gas processes, including revenue recognition, joint interest billing, and accounts payable.
• Experience working with multiple accounting systems such as OGsys, Quorum on Demand, Wolfepak, Enertia, BOLO, and Excalibur.
• Proven ability to manage accounting teams/staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• A high sense of urgency and strong initiative to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications
• Qualifications: Revenue accounting (operated) experience is a plus.
