What You’ll Do
• Conduct detailed oil and gas title examinations and resolve title defects.
• Draft and review title opinions, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, transactions, and risk management.
• Handle matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with landmen, geologists, and analysts to support energy projects.
• Contribute to client relationships and business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For
• J.D. and active bar license
