Our client is an active onshore upstream oil & gas operator and seeking to hire Midstream Coordinator or Manager to support the development of a rapidly expanding asset base. This position serves as the primary liaison between the producer and external midstream partners, ensuring takeaway solutions align with operational plans while proactively monitoring midstream infrastructure development and performance.

Responsibilities
• Act as the key point of contact for commercial and operational engagement with third-party midstream companies
• Evaluate existing midstream agreements and identify opportunities for revisions or enhancements that improve outcomes for both parties
• Coordinate closely with field and office-based operations teams to maintain clear visibility into capacity availability and quickly address constraints or disruptions
• Monitor midstream construction and expansion projects, driving accountability to ensure facilities are delivered and commissioned on schedule
• Assist in negotiating, executing, and administering midstream contracts, including gathering, compression, and transportation agreements
• Prepare and deliver timely, well-organized updates to senior leadership on midstream performance, risks, and upcoming milestones

Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in midstream operations or an E&P-facing midstream role
• Experience working directly with third-party midstream service providers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution and follow-through
