Field Service Technicians – 14/14 Rotation – Company Vehicle - Midland, TX

Field Service Technicians with USA Compression will work 14 days on and 14 days off, maintaining natural gas compression units for upstream and midstream oil and gas clients. This role offers significant autonomy and customer interaction, ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with gas compression experience. Technicians will operate in both indoor compressor stations and outdoor field environments. USA Compression values safety, communication, and technical proficiency in its rotating field teams.

What you’ll need:
• 3–5 years of experience in gas compression (CAT, Ariel, Cummins preferred)
• Technical or trade school background or equivalent field experience
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in extreme weather
• Willingness to travel and work 14/14 rotation
