Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily visits to wells, ensuring access is safe.
• Maintain wellheads and auxiliary equipment for optimal efficiency.
• Measure and report oil, gas, and water production accurately.
• Notify oil haulers promptly when loads are ready for sale.
• Record accurate data in production sheets and test pressure gauges as needed.
• Operate engines and pumps in line with production schedules.
• Perform routine greasing of pumping units and report any irregular noises.
• Process reject oil in tanks to make it sellable.
• Collaborate with chemical companies to monitor and manage chemical levels.
• Conduct minor repairs on production equipment within your capabilities.
• Email daily Pumper Reports to management.
• Maintain cleanliness around wellheads and work areas.
• Utilize road drag appropriately to maintain accessible roads.
• Keep all equipment off the ground to prevent damage.

Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license.
• Must reside in proximity to the work area.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
• Ability to work in extreme weather and hazardous conditions.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, and work in tight spaces.
• Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug screening, background check, physical, and meet all physical job requirements.
