Fortis Energy Services is seeking experienced Workover Rig Operators for full-time work based in Casper, WY. This role involves managing rig operations, supervising crew safety, and servicing oil and gas wells in a variety of conditions. Ideal candidates will have strong rig experience, comfort working at heights, and the ability to lead crews on-site. Per diem is included, and career advancement is encouraged.

What you’ll need:
• 1+ year of workover rig experience
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work at heights up to 110 ft
• Familiarity with H2S, fall protection, and rig safety equipment
