Job Summary/Purpose:
To ensure all products on the schedule is made and, approved and ready for packaging on time.
Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions/Tasks:
It is the responsibly of the blender to ensure they unload and load trucks scheduled, product to be packaged is blended and ready to be packaged for operation lines and or loaded for bulk loads. The blender will also be the backup for the production manger on knowing when product tanks need to be filled and the quantity. Blender will also work closely with, production manager and lab.
Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable about the products we blend.
Must be knowledgeable for all products brought into the facility
Physical Requirements:
Essential physical requirements necessary to do this job include:
Lifting up to 75 lbs
Pushing and pulling
Working with heights
Equipment Used:
Hoses
Reels
Meters
Gauges
Pallet Jack
Forklift
Railcars
Tanker trucks
Education and/or Experience:
Must be able to do math
Work Environment:
High Paced
Multi tasking
Will get dirty in this environment
